Once welcomed into the rancho by the cowboys, cowgirls and indians you will be seated in our beautifully decorated venue and the beer, sangria, wine and soft drinks will start to flow.
Let’s start our special night with the cowboy parade, music, dance and fun for all the family and all before dinner!! Receive your party bags and start the party!

True Texas style New Years Eve buffet with marinated salmon, beef steak in taco sauce, jacket potatoes, garlic chicken, fish croquettes, turkey in apple sauce, ribs, prawns, salads, sauces etc… plus chicken nuggets and chips for the little ones and ice cream for dessert!
Then it’s non-stop entertainment until midnight with line dance demonstrations, an amazing whip and lasso show, horse riding for children and toe tappin’, thigh slappin’ dancing to the fantastic sound of the Texas Bandits! Yeeehah!
At midnight it’s time for the big countdown with champagne, a colourful fireworks display and more party dancing!
