PARK SERVICES
The facilities at Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park are designed so that they can be enjoyed by everyone. In this section you can see the services offered by the park so you can plan your visit in advance.
We have keys for the lockers in both Souvenirs stores. To use these, you must pay the amount of €3 and leave a deposit of €5
At the Sheriff’s Office located at the entrance to the park you will find the following services:
– Second day ticket sales
– Country Night ticket sales
– Availability of places to interact with the sea lions and dolphins
– Presentation programme
– Lost and found
– Lost people
– Free bus schedule
– General information
If you want to have a souvenir from the animal presentations, we have photo sessions which take place before or after the performance. You can view your photo in the Gift Shop at the exit
For people with reduced mobility we have a free wheelchair service depending on availability at the time. They can be picked up at the park’s main store by filling out a receipt. They will be returned to the same collection point
Scattered throughout the park there are 5 toilet areas: entrance area, changing room area in Aqua Rancho zone, Pool Bar area, Fast Food area and Restaurant area
– The toilets have the following services:
– Entrance area: Adapted to disabled people. Baby changing table in the ladies’ room.
– Changing room area: Ladies and gentlemen’s toilet. Changing rooms adapted to disabled people.
– Pool Bar Area: Adapted for disabled people. Baby changing table in men’s and women’s bathroom.
– Fast Food Area: Adapted to disabled people. General baby changing table.
– Restaurant Area: Ladies and gentlemen’s toilet. Baby changing table in women’s bathroom
Within the pool area you can find the following services:
– Toilets
– Showers and changing rooms
– Box office
– Pool Bar
– Souvenir shop
– Nursing and first aid (we have a defibrillator)
If you lose an object during your visit, please stop by the main ticket office of the park, where we will take your information so that if it is found we can return it to you
We have two First Aid services: One in the Aqua Rancho area and another in the Restaurant. In case of emergency you can go there or notify the park staff so they can come and assist you
There is an area reserved for baby strollers in the Fast Food area and in the show venues.
