ENVIRONMENTAL CAVE
Within the park is our Environmental Cave, a space that offers an immersive educational experience to the visitor. The combination of a set that recreates a volcanic tube with the use of innovative multimedia equipment and three-dimensional audiovisual technology, creates a route that allows you to interact and learn in a different way about our seabed, the volcanic origin of our islands and the care of the environment

SCHOOL EXCURSIONS
The scheduled excursions for schools offer the possibility of enjoying our park in its entirety. During these visits, students and teachers will tour all the facilities and animal enclosures. In addition, they will have access to the Environmental Cave and will be able to enjoy our four educational presentations (sea lions, birds of prey, parrots and dolphins) designed especially for them. The objective of these excursions is for the student to learn and have fun in equal measure, being able to schedule a unique and exclusive excursion, adapted to the needs and preferences of each group.

EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
Think global, act local
In our Education Department we have developed an Educational Project that aims to collaborate with the islands’ schools, trying to ensure that the little ones know, learn and become active agents for the protection of Nature.
“Think global, act local” is a completely free project organized by Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park with the aim of raising awareness among the school population, making them reflect on the impact of human activity on our seas and oceans and thus becoming aware of the importance of the protection of marine ecosystems for the future of our planet.
The development of the Educational Project focuses on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda, so that they can adopt sustainable living habits in harmony with nature, learning to recycle and working with a service-learning methodology. .
