Tickets
With your ticket to Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park you can enjoy all of our facilities, the educational presentations, our interactive 4k Environmental Classroom, unique in Europe, and the pool area including the water slides
It is advisable to buy your ticket in advance through our website, although it is also possible to buy them at the park ticket office. It is highly recommended that exclusive experiences such as interaction with dolphins, interaction with sea lions or our “Trainer for a day” program be booked in advance since there is a limited number of spaces available
Please don’t print your tickets, showing them on your mobile phone is enough

This ticket is only for sale inside the park and must be purchased at the entrance ticket office before leaving the park
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but our tickets are valid indefinitely and you can use them at any time in the future
For security reasons, it is not authorized to enter the park with animals, except for guide dogs

We are sorry, but we currently do not have special prices for groups
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on park tickets by showing the corresponding “Familia Numerosa” card
You must be a resident of the Canary Islands and prove it through the National Identity Document (DNI) or the Foreigner Identity Card (TIE). If you do not have an updated DNI with your Canary Island address, it is necessary to prove residency with the travel certificate document,called “Certificado de Viajes” obtained from the town hall. The “Certificado de Empadronamiento” is not enough
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on park tickets by showing the corresponding accreditation

You are not permitted to bring food into the park
Yes, our restaurants have options suitable for celiacs. You can consult the options with our catering team in the different restaurants in the park

Yes, our park is accessible to everyone. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible, and our pool has a hydraulic lift. In all of our educational presentations there are adapted areas and we do not have steps in the park
We don’t organize birthday parties, but you are welcome to celebrate here at Rancho Texas with us! It is not necessary to book in advance, just let us know at the entrance.
You can bring some decorations to put on the table at meal time and if you bring a cake we can keep it in a fridge for you in one of our restaurants
You can leave the park by notifying in advance at the entrance ticket office.
The pool area can be enjoyed from the time we open the doors at 9:30 until 5:00 p.m., half an hour before our park closes.
The water slides are open from 12:30 to 17:00
