Purpose: (I) To respond to requests received through the Website. (II) To manage customer registrations. (III) Administrative management, including invoicing, collections and payments, and relations with customers and suppliers. (IV) Preparation of official accounts and the calculation, filing and settlement of taxes, as well as the preparation of commercial documents such as balance sheets and annual reports. (V) To respond to requests to exercise rights relating to personal data, as well as to handle security breaches that may affect the rights and freedoms of data subjects. (VI) Video surveillance of the park facilities.

Retention Period: (I) and (V) For the period necessary to respond to the request. (II) and (III) For the duration of the provision of the service and for the period necessary to deal with matters relating to the services provided. (IV) Six years for commercial purposes. (VI) Thirty days.
In general, data will be retained for as long as any liabilities arising from each of the processing activities may remain applicable.
