At Revoco de la Trigueras S.L., we make all relevant information regarding the company’s activities and management available to anyone through our Transparency Portal.

We publish the information subject to transparency requirements in a clear, structured and understandable manner for interested parties, thereby complying with the applicable regulations and legislation set out in Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on Transparency and Access to Public Information and following the guidelines of the Transparency Commissioner of the Government of the Canary Islands.

Revoco de la Triguera S.L. was incorporated by several shareholders on 20 April 1992, with an initial share capital of €15,025.30.

The company is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, the Spanish Companies Act. As established therein, shareholders’ resolutions are adopted at the Company’s Universal General Meeting. At the most recent meeting, a single shareholder was appointed as Sole Director.

The company’s registered tax address is established in the municipality of Teguise, on the island of Lanzarote. Its corporate purpose includes the operation of all types of bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as recreational and leisure activities, particularly zoological and water parks, among other activities.

CORPORATE PURPOSE

According to the Articles of Association of Revoco de la Triguera S.L., Article 2 establishes the following as the company’s corporate purposes:

  1. The acquisition, planning, development, construction, subdivision, promotion, purchase, sale, lease and use, in any form, of rural and urban properties and sports facilities.
  2. The operation of all types of bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.
  3. The direct operation, or operation through third parties, of recreational and leisure activities, particularly zoological and water parks.
  4. The operation of shops, bazaars and souvenir stores.
  5. The import, export, distribution, purchase and sale of lingerie and handicraft products.
